About this Event

The Ancient Art of Controlled Rot

Humans have been fermenting food for thousands of years. It's how our ancestors preserved the harvest, created medicine, and built community around shared cultures, both microbial and social.

  • Building a fermentation practice

What You'll Take Home

You'll leave with jars of kraut and kimchi you made yourself, plus the confidence to keep fermenting at home. Jordan will share their favorite recipes and troubleshooting tips.

All materials included. Bring your own jars if you have them, or we'll provide them.
