What Your Support Funds

Every dollar, every hour, and every act of support helps sustain a living community rooted in connection, creativity, and care for the land.

  • Accessible gatherings. Sliding-scale pricing, work-trade spots, and scholarships keep participation open.

  • Shared infrastructure. Land stewardship, tools, and systems that support everyone who gathers here.

  • Creative programs. Artist residencies, skill shares, and experimental projects that nourish culture.

  • Community resilience. Mutual aid and long-term capacity for the people and places we care for together.

How the network sustains itself

Communities that process payments through the system — event tickets, store purchases — contribute 3% of each transaction toward keeping the shared tools running. This is built into how payments work. It's not a separate invoice. Right now, that support directly helps cover development, maintenance, infrastructure costs, and the builder's ongoing work to keep everything stable and usable. As support grows, it also helps fuel the wider work of Soul Fire Forest.

Membership and community contribution are different things

Membership is personal. It's you, as an individual, choosing to be part of the wider network. The community contribution is structural. When your community processes a payment, 3% goes toward keeping the shared tools running. It happens automatically as part of how payments flow through the system. Neither replaces the other. A community with no members still contributes 3% on payments. A member whose community doesn't process payments pays only their membership.
