Summer Gathering Planning Thread

Summer Gathering is coming up! This thread is for coordinating volunteers, workshop proposals, and logistics.

What we need:
- Setup crew (Friday afternoon)
- Kitchen helpers (meal coordination)
- Greeters (welcoming first-timers)
- Breakdown crew (Sunday evening)

If you have a workshop you'd like to offer, reply here with a brief description and we'll add it to the schedule.

I can help with setup on Friday! I'll have my truck if you need anything hauled.

Also happy to lead a casual pottery demo if there's interest, nothing formal, just showing people the basics of hand-building.

Putting myself down for kitchen coordination again. I know the systems and I actually enjoy the chaos of feeding a hundred people.

Will reach out soon about menu planning. Would love to feature more garden produce this year if the timing works out.
