Our Community
Soul Fire Forest began as a dream shared around a campfire: what if we could create a place where land stewardship, traditional crafts, and genuine community could flourish together?
Today, that dream has taken root in the hills of Northern California, where a growing network of people come together to learn, create, and tend the earth. We're not trying to build a utopia; we're practicing the slow, patient work of caring for land and each other.
What We Do
We host seasonal gatherings that mark the turning of the year. We offer workshops where skills pass from hand to hand. We maintain gardens, orchting build with natural materials, and make things by hand. We gather around fires and share meals and songs.
Most importantly, we show up, week after week, season after season, for the unglamorous work that holds it all together.
